  13. The Subject Line says it all.....our MIS group "upgraded" our 14.4 
  14. modems (make unknown) to Hayes Optima 28.8, and now whenever I connect 
  15. it drops.....sometimes in 10 minutes.....sometimes in 30 sec.

  17. Our MIS group told me to push the modem buffers to minimum....didn't 
  18. seem to help.

  20. Any ideas???
